Owner Laurie Spencer brings years of practical experience and knowledge to your construction team. As a long-time Orlando resident and seasoned real estate agent, Laurie has an eye for what looks good and an ear to listen to her clients needs, assuring that the work is done right and on time. Her project coordination efforts began with years of remodeling her own properties and grew as she was often asked to assist friends and family with home improvement projects.

Our approach is hands on and comprehensive.
We take a systematic approach to managing your project, making sure it’s done right. Our steps include initiation, planning, execution, control and closure.

We don’t work for the contractors or service providers…we work for you.
That means you control who does the work and you make the decisions. There is no mark up on products or contractors’ services. You simply pay us for our time.
